How to Navigate the Fair


1. Prepare (May 4) Log in early to scout the Exhibit Hall. Visit booths ahead of time and secure your spot by booking meetings with recruiters.

2. Connect (May 5) Join the live event for real-time interaction. Chat directly with employers and interview for open roles.

3. Grow (May 5) Drop into the Auditorium for live career workshops. Since sessions are optional, you can jump between learning and networking whenever you like.

The fair facilitates connections between tennis organizations and talent at all levels:

As an Employer: You will meet a diverse pool of qualified coaches, ranging from certified professionals and former collegiate players to specialized instructors and grassroots leaders ready to grow your program.

As a Job Seeker: You will connect with hiring managers from private clubs, public tennis centers, academies, and USTA sections nationwide looking to fill coaching and management roles.

The event is scheduled for May 9, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET.

USTA Coaching will review participation requests from companies to select a diverse mix of employers. Those not selected for a booth may be eligible to host a 30-minute open session.

Once confirmed and paid, you will receive an email with instructions to add your branding, media, and interview schedules.

USTA Coaching provides a 2-week readiness check, a "Best Practices" email 1 week before, and login details the day before the event.
